Music has touched millions of lives over time.

It holds the power of completely changing moods, reflect our deepest feelings towards an idea, and move us all in a single direction.

Whilst our ancestors had to travel great lengths in considerable uncertainty just to take part in celebrations, things have certainly evolved.

These days, at the distance of a screen, there is no excuse in ensuring we can find exactly what we want when we want it.

With a multitude of Music Festivals taking place often much closer than you may expect, what if there was a simply great way to know exactly what’s going on at any given moment?

Festivals This Weekend provides the perfect answer to that exact question!

By gathering all the great music events in one easy-to-browse map, all you need to do is join us and see what’s going on closest to you.

We will see you front left on the dancefloor!!

In Eyes are Queensland’s newest alternative rock prodigies and promise to keep on the front foot to ensure they remain there.

The new single Time Won’t Wait is an extension of the band’s new style, and hammers home a simple message: “Time won’t wait for you!” This message is delivered through an honest retelling of Jacobson’s experience with trying to fight for her passion while faced with mental illness, and its fast-paced drive and heavy guitar and drum lines provide a powerful instrumental filled with all the angst to match.

For fans of Tonight Alive and Hands Like Houses, In Eyes is one of the Gold Coast’s most electrifying acts. The three-piece comprised of Rosie Jacobson (vocals), Dylan Quigg (Guitar), and Kris Unwin (Drums) combine heavy guitars, hard-hitting drums, and powerhouse vocals to create a unique brand of melodic alt-rock that is only strengthened by their energetic on-stage delivery.

2018 saw a reinvention for the band with the release of the lovelorn power-ballad Silver Lining, which shows off the skills of its performers, and grows to an emotional, vocal-driven climax that hits right where it hurts. With more music on the way in 2020, In Eyes are a phenomenon worth keeping in your own.
